When you ride with Punk Electric, we’ve got your back. All our electric scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty, kicking in from the day your electric scooter hits your doorstep.
But wait, there’s more to it – here’s what our warranty is all about:
What’s Not Covered:
Consumables like brake pads, tires, tubes
Wear and tear items like fenders, kickstands, and those cosmetic plastic covers
Damages, malfunctions, or any performance hiccups caused by unexpected collisions, fiery encounters, accidents, the wild outdoors, overloading, not giving your ride the TLC it deserves, or any other misuse that’s not in sync with what our scooters were born to do.
Limitations of Liability
Our 12-month warranty is like a limited-edition vinyl – it’s non-transferable and non-renewable after your scooter’s initial sale. No unauthorized tinkering allowed – this warranty is void if you start modding your ride without our nod. And yes, water damage is a no-go; it’s your job to keep your scooter dry.
The Punk Promise
We stand by what we make, but there are some limits. Our warranty doesn’t stretch to cover products or gear that aren’t from Punk. Also, minor dings and scratches from regular use or any intentional or unintentional roughhousing with your scooter aren’t part of the deal.
The Don’ts:
No funky cleaners, solvents, or chemicals on your ride
Say no to saltwater, sea breezes, and salt itself
Don’t blame us for aging, like paint fading or rust
No DIY repairs or wild guesses on problems
Stick to the Owner’s Manual – deviations aren’t covered
Keep it safe; accidents and personal oopsies aren’t on us
Screws, nuts, and bolts will naturally do their corrosion thing
And don’t forget, shipping fees aren’t in the warranty club either.
What We Cover
Our warranty’s got your back where it counts – parts like the motor, battery, controller, and LCD display are in our protective circle. But if it’s wear and tear from regular scootin’, it’s a no-go.
What We Don’t Cover

Warranty Coverage

Parts Replacement: When your scooter needs a fix, we’ll send you the necessary parts and provide all the guidance you need through tutorials, videos, images, documents, or even a good old phone call.
Repair Services: If you’re not up for the repair challenge, we can arrange repair services for you at no extra cost. However, remember that any shipping, taxes, uncovered part replacements, or other third-party expenses are on you. You can always deliver your ride to the repair facility yourself to dodge those shipping fees.
Owner’s Warranty Responsibilities
Here’s the deal, punk – as the owner, you’ve got some duties. Keep up with the maintenance schedule, and don’t neglect it. If you’ve abused, neglected, tinkered with your ride without permission, or skipped the maintenance, your warranty could take a hit.
